1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Recepo application ("App") and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Recepo provides quote-to-invoice, inventory management, artificial intelligence data extraction, and financial administration tools designed for small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. Recepo is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your credentials.

4. Account Registration & Organization Administration

Users must register an account to access the app. The creator of an organization is assigned the "Owner" role, holding ultimate authority over organizational data, team member access, and settings. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

While Recepo offers a Free plan, certain advanced features require a Pro or Business subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Downgrading your plan may result in the loss of features or capacity.

6. Content and Data Processing (AI)

Our app utilizes Google Gemini AI to extract text from images you upload (receipts, price lists). By using this feature, you consent to the processing of these images by Google APIs. You retain ownership of all data submitted to Recepo. We do not sell your data.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Recepo for any unlawful purpose or to conduct transactions related to illegal goods or services. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the App's operation.

8. Offline Mode Disclaimer

Recepo offers limited offline support for mobile quote drafts and queued scan captures. Sending quotes, public quote responses, QRIS payment setup, conversion, approvals, returns, billing, team administration, and desktop administrative work require network connectivity.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services. However, Recepo does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party service outages (Firebase, Google APIs), or other circumstances may temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

Recepo is provided "as is". We are not liable for business losses, data loss, or damages arising from your use of the service. Financial tracking provided by the App does not constitute certified accounting advice.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the service in a manner that could harm other users or Recepo's infrastructure. You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion policy.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via in-app notification or email. Continued use of Recepo after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
