Account Deletion
Under Indonesian data protection laws (UU PDP), you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your personal and organizational data.
How to delete your data via the App
- Open the Recepo app on your mobile device.
- Navigate to Settings from the main menu.
- Tap on Account.
- Scroll to the bottom and select Delete Account.
- Follow the on-screen confirmations to verify your identity.
What happens when you delete an account?
- Staff/Admin: Your access is revoked, and your personal profile data is purged.
- Owner: The entire organization, including all products, quote history, invoices, ledgers, and team memberships, is permanently deleted from our Firebase servers.
- Images stored in Firebase Storage (logos, receipt scans) are permanently removed.
- This action cannot be undone.
Can't access the app?
If you no longer have access to the app but wish to request data deletion, please contact our support team from the email address registered to your account.
