Understanding Roles

Setting up your store profile correctly is the first step toward getting the most out of Recepo. Your store profile dictates how your receipts, invoices, and reports appear.

Step 1: Basic Information

Navigate to the Settings tab and select Store Profile. Here you can upload your logo. For best results, use a square PNG or JPEG image with a transparent background. This logo will automatically appear on all thermal receipts and PDF invoices you generate.

Step 2: Defining Taxes

If your business charges a standard tax (e.g., PPN 11%), you can set your default tax rate in the profile. You can also toggle whether your item catalog prices are already inclusive of this tax, or if it should be added to sales documents.

Step 3: Custom Receipt Footers

Add a custom thank you message, your WiFi password, or social media handles to the bottom of all your thermal receipts.
